Welcome, Rebecca Quick!

The Buchanan Center for the Arts is pleased to announce an addition to the staff. Beginning January 2023, Rebecca Quick will serve as Program Coordinator & Social Media Curator. Quick will teach classes, manage the AMUSE (Art Mobilized Using Science & Energy) Art Cart Program, and will be responsible for the BCA social media platforms. She will also continue to serve as the art instructor for arts partner Immaculate Conception School.


Quick was raised in Moline, Illinois, and is a 2021 graduate of Monmouth College. Quick was one of two artists that created the Tin Cup "You Matter" mural with Kendall Thompson, and most recently worked with the United Way of Warren County to create their "Unity" mural.
