Cindy Romano has been a member of the Tromp-As-Writ Weaving Guild for a long time, but weaving isn’t her only talent. Cindy has felted beautiful stylish hats – just perfect for Illinois winters – in several different colors, and sells them in the BCA Gift Shop for $40 each.
