Rope Baskets

buchanancenter

We are pleased to introduce Virginia Fischer, our newest artist in the Buchanan Center for the Arts Gift Shop. Virginia is from Milan, Illinois, and creates these imaginative rope baskets out of new clothesline, and embellishes them with buttons, beads, fabric, knots, braids, or handles. Her baskets are soft and somewhat pliable, and handy to use for just about anything. They look great in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. Let your imagination run wild with ideas on favorite things to fill them with or to give to family and friends. You will have a difficult time deciding which ones to keep and which ones to give away!
